The MRD Board decides on the use of MRD resources, plans the annual Materials Day and two annual members‘ assemblies, proposes speakers and board members to the MRD members in case of new elections, discusses all issues concerning joint research and joint MRD activities and drafts and coordinates the MRD target agreement with the RUB Rectorat.
