Lab Tour
In the first part of the day you will have the chance to visit different labs of the MRD members, get direct insights into the work of fellow experimentalists and discover new perspectives in materials research.
Hands-on Tutorials
After lunch at Q-West the day will continue with hands-on tutorials.
Guided by experienced researchers, you will work through practical exercises on micro-mechanical modeling and explore how large language models (LLMs) can be used to retrieve information and predict material properties. No prior experience is required.
